Activists throughout New Jersey are meeting currently to organize a campaign of nonviolent civil disobedience, focusing on Senators Frank Lautenberg and Robert Menendez to pressure them to vote against any additional war funding. In addition to demanding that the Senators take a stance against the Iraq war, the New Jersey Occupation Project also demands that the Senators oppose any invasion or attack on Iran.
