North Alabama Occupation ProjectPrimary Contact: Peter Engstrom
Beginning on February 5, and continuing for eight weeks thereafter, two members of the North Alabama Occupation Project will enter the offices of Representative Bud Cramer to call for an end to funding for the Iraq war. They will engage in a variety of actions—read, sing, be silent. A simultaneous and permitted vigil will take place on the public sidewalk outside the office. Bud Cramer serves on the House Appropriations Defense Subcommittee. |
