Voices’ friend Paul Grajnert was at our August 30th vigil at Federal Plaza in Chicago, held to protest the August 9th slaying of 34 Yemeni schoolchildren by U.S.-backed Saudi-coalition forces using a U.S.-supplied missile. We thought we’d share his interviews of these four DePaul students – Magie, Jessica, Watfae and Hannah – who discuss what they think of the war their decision to take responsibility for ending it.
